Terms of Payment

Quotes provided to clients are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment schedules are outlined below:

Option 1:

• 35% at the time the project is signed off. Work begins upon receipt of payment.
• 35% after design approval from the client.
• 30% (final payment) invoiced prior to completion and payable before the site goes live.

If the project is delayed by more than 14 days beyond the committed completion date, 4OK Infotech reserves the right to issue the final payment invoice, deducting 5% of the total project cost. The final payment must be made before deployment.

Option 2:

• 50% payment at the time of signing off the project. Work begins upon receipt of payment.
• 50% (final payment) invoiced prior to project completion and payable before the site is launched.

If the project exceeds the committed timeframe by 14 days, 4OK Infotech reserves the right to issue an invoice deducting 5% of the total project cost. The remaining payment must be released upon deployment.

Refunds or Cancellation of Project

1. Deposits paid are non-refundable after 14 days from the payment date.
2. Once design work is signed off, all associated fees must be paid, and order cancellations will not be accepted.
3. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.
4. Specific CMS functionality, usability, or limitations will not be grounds for withholding payments. Clients are encouraged to request demos before committing to purchases.
5. In case of a breach of terms by the client, 4OK Infotech reserves the right to terminate services without refund.
6. Website reinstatement within 12 months of cancellation can be requested at 30% of the project cost, provided the client has a backup of the site.

Refund Policy (Based on Project Stage):

• Before homepage design begins: 100% refund.
• After homepage design begins: 80% refund of the advance paid (20% deducted for manpower costs).
• After homepage completion: 50% refund of the advance paid.
• After internal pages are started or completed: No refund.
• No refunds are provided for approved milestones.

Out-of-Scope Updates

Any updates or changes outside the original scope of the project will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Terms of Service

Intellectual Property

4OK Infotech retains intellectual property rights over all technical developments during the project. Clients will own copyrights for completed work once final payments are made.

Maintenance

• Complimentary support for 30 days post-launch is included.
• After this period, all updates or modifications are chargeable unless a paid maintenance contract is in place.
• 4OK Infotech is not responsible for server issues if hosting is managed by the client.

Platforms & Browsers

We ensure compatibility with the following:

• Windows: XP SP2 and later versions.
• Macintosh: OS 10.1 and newer versions.
• Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox (v20+), Safari (v10+), and Internet Explorer (v9+).

Project Milestones

Clients are required to review and provide feedback at the following stages:

1. Framework Development (empty site): Feedback within 5 business days.
2. Content Integration: Feedback within 3 business days.
3. Final Review: Final approval or feedback for changes before launch. Post-launch changes will be charged separately.

Delays & Penalties

If clients delay the project by more than 2 months, 4OK Infotech reserves the right to charge a penalty to recover costs associated with the delay.

Complaints Procedure

For complaints:

1. Email support@4ok.in with a brief description of the issue.
2. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing and will be acknowledged within 2 business days. Resolutions will be provided within 30 days.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kurukshetra, India.
